Do you know how long it takes for a shirt to break down? It takes days, months, and sometimes years, alongside this untreated toxic wastewaters from textile factories are dumped directly into water sources. VVV is a clothing company that hopes to use environmentally safe products, and make clothing that fits everyone’s preference. We hope to make products that are safe for the earth but still look good. On our online catalogue we will sell items like shirts, pants, sweatshirts, sweatpants, dresses, skirts, jewelry, and more. If our online company launches off we hope to take these clothes to the stores. And even though we will use environmentally safe products, our clothing and accessories will be at a very reasonable price for everyone.

  You look at yourself in the mirror, on the verge of tears, you dislike what you are wearing. It doesn’t match your style, it's uncomfortable, and you know that this piece of clothing will last for hundreds of years after you’re gone. Lets not struggle through this anymore, seek VVV  where you will find a variety of comfort, sizes, and fashion. Our clothes are durable yet biodegradable. Companies such as Versace have simple tops for over thousands of dollars. Their clothes also contain elastane and nylon. Both materials use harsh chemicals and harm our planet. On the other hand, our clothes are affordable and use healthy materials that benefit our planet, such as organic cotton, hemp, tinsel, linen, & modal. These materials take less than half a year to biodegrade. While fabric such as polyester takes 20 to 200 years to decompose. We also want to collaborate with different companies and use their eco-friendly and recycled materials. It’s hard to find comfortable and fashionable clothes but not with VVV. With our designers you are sure to find the perfect, eye-catching  clothes to express your individuality. You wont regret it, save the Earth and find the perfect, Distinctive clothes to express you. 

 

VVV is a company created by 821, an eighth grade class in I.S. R002 George L. Egbert middle school.

       We are part of the V.E program (Virtual Enterprise) and we created VVV (TRIPLE V)

 

 

Our mission statement - "To help the environment one step at a time by providing eco-friendly clothing.”

Here we are in Staten Island, New York City, New York, in the blue, white, and yellow building in our school on 333 Midland Ave. We wanted to create a company that would be fun to work in, that will help us evolve socially and intellectually. So we together designed VVV, we are participating in complicated real life work scenarios, while creating our company. Together we decided to create a clothing and accessory company that sells eco-friendly and fashionable clothes. VVV read as Triple V stands for, Veni, Vidi, Vici, translated from Latin would be, I came, I saw, I conquered, created by our classmate, Matthew Kucharczyk, which our class thought fit our company perfectly.

This class of thirty students is behind VVV with the help of our teacher Joseph Dunne-Jaffe. Though we are all still learning, we can all appreciate what our hard work has accomplished.
