Shipping Policy
VVV takes 2-3 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. At checkout, we will let you know if your merchandise is currently in stock or we need to verify the availability of the items. Standard Delivery takes about seven days from the date you placed your order. We do NOT offer free shipping to customers, weekend delivery or deliver internationally outside the US. You may choose what mail carrier you would like to deliver your package.
The cost of shipping depends on what you’re buying (weight) and the destination of where you live in the US. The cost of shipping is $….. to the 48 contiguous states and $…… to Hawaii and Alaska. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.

Return & Exchange Policy
VVV allows refunds or exchange for the items provided on our website within 30 days of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send VVV an email with your order number and we will send you a return shipping address. In your email, you must include a photo of your receipt from our website and your contact information. To be eligible for a return, the product you bought must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by after you purchased our products. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Afterwards, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. (Include any tax but no shipping fees.) Do NOT send your purchase back if the item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons that weren't due to the company’s mistake.
